Do you have an Activation Card?

Your Activation Card will have, on the reverse, an Activation Code. When you complete your MyNutrition questionnaire you will be able to redeem your Activation Card, using the Activation Code, and receive your MyNutrition Profile. You won’t have to pay for your Profile as you will have already paid in-store for our Activation Card.
If you would like to join the MyNutrition Programme you will need to complete your profile, redeem your Activation Card and when you have access to the member site, upgrade your account. The cost to upgrade is £9.95 immediately and then £9.95 per month thereafter.
