How do I purchase a MyNutrition Profile?
There are two methods for purchasing a MyNutrition Profile.
Using an Activation Card
You can purchase a MyNutrition Activation Card from a MyNutrition affiliated Wellbeing Provider – please contact us for more details.
Your Activation Card will have, on the reverse, an Activation Code. When you complete your MyNutriton questionnaire you will be able to redeem your Activation Card, using the Activation Code, and receive your MyNutrition Profile. You won’t have to pay for your Profile as you will have already paid in-store for our Activation Card.
Online
You can complete a MyNutrition questionnaire and pay online using our secure checkout.
How do I use my Activation Card?
If you have purchased a MyNutrition Activation Card, or been given one as a gift, all you need to do to complete your MyNutrition questionnaire and receive your MyNutrition Profile is:
1. Go to www.mynutrition.co.uk
2. Click on the "Complete Questionnaire" button
3. Complete the registration form and the MyNutrition questionnaire
4. On the Activation Code page enter your activation code, detailed on the reverse of the Activation Card
5. Click on the “Redeem” button
You will receive your MyNutrition Profile immediately.
My Activation Code doesn’t work what do I do?
If you are having difficulty with your Activation Code please contact us at support@mynutrition.co.uk Please provide details of where you purchased your Activation Card and also the Activation Code printed on your card.
How can I purchase a MyNutrition Profile as a gift for someone?
You can purchase a MyNutrition Activation Card from any MyNutrition affiliated Wellbeing Provider. The Activation Card can be inserted into a greetings card or wrapped and given to the recipient. The recipient will be able to complete their MyNutrition questionnaire and use the Activation Card at the end to receive their MyNutrition Profile. The Activation Card has already been paid for by you so they won’t be asked to pay again.
I have a promotional / discount password, how do I use it?
You will need to complete your MyNutrition Questionnaire first. When you have done this proceed to the checkout. At the Payment Page select the type of membership you require. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your password in the Promotional / Discount Password box provided and click on the “Apply Discount” button.
The new discounted price will display onscreen. Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button and make your payment to receive your MyNutrition Profile.
My Promotional / Discount Password doesn’t work, what do I do?
If you are having difficulty with your Promotional / Discount Password please contact us at support@mynutrition.co.uk Please provide details of where you received your Promotional / Discount Password and also the password you are trying to use.
What are the different membership options?
There are two options at the checkout:
Single Profile / 30 day access
This option provides you with your Profile and access to the Members area of the website. There are no monthly fees with this option and your access will automatically cease after the 30 day period has elapsed.
Programme Membership
This option provides you will full access to the Members Area of the website for the duration of your membership. Your card will automatically be charged, on a monthly basis, with your membership fee of £9.95. There is no minimum membership period and you can cancel your membership at any time giving one month’s notice.
How much will it cost?
The Single / 30 day access costs £24.95.
Programme Membership is £24.95, which is your joining fee and first month’s membership fee and then £9.95 per month thereafter.
Is the MyNutrition Profile right for me?
If you are under 18, under medical care, using medication, pregnant, trying for a baby or feeding one - Under these circumstances it is best to go for a one to one nutrition consultation during which a qualified nutritionist will talk to you about your case and take into consideration these important factors. If you fall into one or more of these categories the MyNutrition Profile is not appropriate for you.
Your Profile gives an indicative guide on overall health and wellbeing. It does not attempt to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any specific disease, condition or deficiency. We recommend that changes should be made slowly and any serious symptoms discussed with a qualified practitioner and/or your doctor.
Will supplements be recommended?
Your MyNutrition Profile will identify the nutrients, herbs, spices and herbal teas that are most important for you based on your current health profile.
We do not manufacture, support or endorse any particular brands or products.
We recommend that you print your MyNutrition Profile and take it to your local Health store where you will be able to receive help with selecting the product that is right for you.
How long will it take?
To complete a MyNutrition questionnaire and receive your Profile you will need to spend 30-40 minutes online (depending on your internet connection) completing your questionnaire.
How long before I receive my MyNutrition Profile?
When payment has been made or you have redeemed your Activation Card, your MyNutrition Profile will automatically be compiled. It will display on your screen and a copy will be stored in the secure area of the website. You are then free to access your MyNutrition Profile online as often as you wish.
What will I get in my MyNutrition Profile?
You will receive a report that tells you:
OVERALL SCORE
Your overall health score and scores for 10 important underlying health factors. Check the balance of your digestion, immunity, detoxification, hormones, mood and more….
PRIORITY NUTRIENTS
The nutrients that appear to be most important for you. Get a prioritised list of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, phytonutrients and amino acids.
TOP 20 FOODS
Which foods are most important to you right now to help restore balance and speed up your weight loss, health and vitality goals.
TOP LIFESTYLE ACTIONS
The priority lifestyle and eating actions that are likely to have the most benefits for you. You will also learn the most beneficial food group or food reductions.
SUPPLEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS
The supplements that appear to most closely fit your picture. MyNutrition does not make or endorse any products. Your local health food store will be able to help you convert your profile into the best possible products.
TOP HERBS, SPICES AND HERBAL TEAS
The top three herbs, spices and herbal teas that are most beneficial to you will be listed.
All of this information will be converted into a MyNutrition Profile
You will also be able to keep track of your progress with great, interactive graphs and charts that will help you monitor your progress and changes over time.
No more guessing. Should I eat this? Shouldn’t I eat that? The MyNutrition Profile tells you what will work for you based on solid principles of health and wellbeing.
What else do I get?
If you have selected the Programme Membership option at the checkout, for the duration of your membership, you will:
- Be able to complete unlimited Mynutrition Profiles
- Access the nutrition databases for more in-depth information about your recommended changes
- Access the recipe search so that you can find a recipe that you like and incorporates the changes advised in your Profile
- Access downloadable materials that will help you introduce your changes
- Start, stop or amend your Change Programme Email information
- View and update your account details
- Check your membership status
If you have selected the Single Profile/30 Day Access option at the checkout you will have access to the full range of resources in the Members Area (as detailed above) for a 30 Day period. After this, if you choose not to upgrade your account to a Programme Membership you will still be able to:
- Access any existing Profiles completed and paid for
- Start a new profile or complete a profile that you have already started – these will be chargeable
- Track your results and progress in each Profile you have completed
- Access downloadable materials that will help you introduce your changes
- View and update your account details
- Check your membership status
How do I track my progress?
When you come back for another profile you will be able to see on the graphs how much you have improved during that period so tracking your progress is simple – follow the advice and come back again to do another profile – we recommend every three months unless you feel you there have been significant changes.
What do I do now?
Your MyNutrition Profile has been designed to provide you with clear concise advice on the changes you need to make to your diet and lifestyle.
Your Profile is not designed to be prescriptive; it is down to you what changes you make and how you make them – you are in control. Use the results of your Profile to search the MyNutrition databases in the Members Area and learn more about your recommendations and then start making the changes in a way that’s right for you.
You will also find a downloadable document entitled “My Profile” in the “Downloads” section of the website. This document will provide you with additional information on how to read your Profile.
How do I know which product is right for me?
Your Profile has recommended nutrients, herb and spices and herbal teas for you but it doesn’t recommend a specific product. MyNutrition is completely independent. We do not manufacture, support or endorse any particular brands or products. Most health stores have a large variety of products to choose from and making the right product choice is important – so how do you do that?
Health Food stores carry quality supplements and products and have well trained staff. If you would like help selecting the best products for you simply print your MyNutrition Profile and take it to your nearest Health store where the staff will be more than happy to assist you.
How do I upgrade to a Programme Membership?
If you selected the Single Profile/30 Day Access and would like to upgrade all you have to do is click on the “Upgrade to Membership” link at the top of the page and enter your card details. The first month’s membership fee of £9.95 will be automatically debited to your card and you will have immediate access to the Members Area again for the duration of your membership.
Forgotten my password – what do I do?
If you have forgotten your login password please:
1. Go to www.mynutrition.co.uk
2. Click on “Login” at the top left of the screen
3. Use the forgotten password retrieval facility at the bottom of the page
Your password will be emailed to your registered email address.
I am not happy with my MyNutrition Profile, what do I do?
Our policy is 100% satisfaction or your money back.
If you have purchased your MyNutrition Profile online and are unhappy please email us at support@mynutrition.co.uk within 7 days of purchase and we will arrange a full refund for you. Refunds can only be made to the card used to make the original payment.
If you purchased an Activation Code at your local heath store and are unhappy with your Profile please take your Activation Card back to your store, along with your receipt, and your store will arrange a refund for you. To enable a refund you will be required to supply your Activation Card and your receipt.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel your membership all you need to do is email us at support@mynutrition.co.uk requesting the cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation by email.
How do I change my card details?
If you need to change the card which is being used for your monthly membership payments please email us at support@mynutrition.co.uk We will cancel the payment schedule on your old card details and confirm when this has been done. This will temporarily cancel your membership and allow you to upgrade back to a membership using your new card details.
How do I access my MyNutrition Profile online?
Your MyNutrition Profile is stored online in your personal secure area of the website. To access it all you need to do is:
1. Go to www.mynutrition.co.uk
2. Click on the "Login" in the top left of the screen
3. Enter your email address and password and click on the "Login" button.
You will be directed to the View or Start a Profile screen where all Profiles will display in date and time order.
4. Click on the "View Profile" button of the Profile you wish to view and it will display on your screen.
Can I print my MyNutrition Profile?
Yes, you can. Just click on the printer icon on the page and a printable version will display on your screen. You can then print your Profile as you would any other document.
I can’t open my Profile, what do I do?
The MyNutrition Profile is compiled as a web page, which means that as long as you have an internet connection you will be able to view your Profile without difficulty. However, if you do have problems please email us at support@mynutrition.co.uk for assistance.
