Do you have an Activation Card?
Activation cards are available in MyNutrition outlets. There is a unique activation code on the reverse of each card. After completing the questionnaire you will be able to use this unique code to release your report and access the member area. If you prefer to pay in store this is a great way to do it.
If you would like to join the MyNutrition Programme you will need to complete your profile, redeem your Activation Card and when you have access to the member site, upgrade your account. The cost to upgrade is £9.95 immediately and then £9.95 per month thereafter.

MyNutrition Programme - You get your personal profile today for just £24.95 and then can use the service as often as you like paying just £9.95 per month. There is no minimum period and you can cancel your subscription at any time giving one month’s notice. Track your results and enjoy member benefits.
Single MyNutrition Profile - The single use option allows you to get your MyNutrition Personal Profile and access to the member site for 30 days paying £24.95. You can choose to upgrade and become a member of the MyNutrition Programme at the end of the 30 day period if you want to. This option costs £10.00 more than choosing to subscribe today.
